Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sdanxious, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free, Pro, and Ultra. Using any feature of sdanxious constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 2026.

Permitted Use

You may only use sdanxious for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of real identifiable individuals without their explicit, documented consent.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, interface designs, and underlying code are the exclusive property of sdanxious. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal or commercial use depending on your plan. You do not own the model or the generation pipeline.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. sdanxious provides a tool — misuse of that tool, including uploading non-consented images of real people, is a violation of these terms and may be illegal.

Limitation of Liability

sdanxious is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided as-is without guarantees of uptime or output accuracy.

Claims relating to service availability are limited to the value of your last billing period. No refunds are issued for processed generations.

Third-Party Services

sdanxious may use third-party infrastructure providers for processing and delivery. These providers are contractually bound to not access or retain your data.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. sdanxious will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated stored data at any time. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Changes to Terms

sdanxious reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
